摘　　要：腹腔镜胃癌根治术逐步得到重视,而术后出血是严重的并发症之一。本文对腹腔镜胃癌根治术后出血的高危因素、临床表现、预防及处理措施等进行阐述,并总结北京大学肿瘤医院胃肠外科近年来的经验,供同道参考。Laparoscopic gastrectomy has received more and more attention in recent years; however postoperative bleeding is one of the serious complications. This paper summarized the risk factors, clinical manifestations, prevention and therapeutic managements of postoperative bleeding, and introduced clinical experience of Peking University Cancer Hospital GI Surgery Department.
