摘 要:目的探讨独子藤根、茎、叶、果实提取物的抗癌效果。方法采用MTT法,检测独子藤不同部位甲醇提取物对EC109食管癌细胞、Hela宫颈癌细胞、HT-29大肠癌细胞的抑制率。结果独子藤根、茎、叶提取物对3种癌细胞有显著抑制作用,对HT-29大肠癌细胞的抑制作用尤为突出;独子藤根、茎、叶部位提取物抗癌活性呈现一定的量效关系;果实部位提取物对癌细胞株无明显抑制作用。结论独子藤根、茎、叶提取物对癌细胞抑制作用显著,有必要对其活性成分进行筛选分离。Objective To study the anti-tumor activities of extracts from the roots,stems,leaves and fruits of Celastrus monospermus Roxb..Methods Cancer cell EC109,Hela and HT-29 were all treated with extracts from different parts of Celastrus monospermus Roxb..The inhibition rates of the extracts were detected through MTT method.ResultsExtracts from roots,stems and leaves showed significant inhibitory effects,especially on HT-29.Moreover,the effects showed dose-dependency.However,the anti-tumor activity of extract from fruits was not remarkable.Conclusion The extracts from roots,stems and leaves of Celastrus monospermus Roxb.have significant inhibitory effects on cancer cells.Further separation and extraction is a must to find new compounds.
