摘  要:该文在提出慢行交通分区规划的概念的基础上,以上海中心城为研究对象,根据中心城内不同区域的出行特征、交通条件、风貌资源等情况,对中心城进行慢行分区,并针对不同分区的慢行需求,给出相适应的慢行策略,提高慢行交通规划的针对性及可实施性。Slow traffic is an important part of urban transportation. The pressure of urban transportation brought by growing proportion of motorized travel in recent years makes people pay more attention to the development of slow traffic. In order to make the slow traffic system planning more targeted, a concept of slow partition traffic planning has been proposed. The downtown of Shanghai City as a research object is divided into the zones according to the different travel characteristics, traffic condition, and historical resource etc. After that, several corresponding tactics have been given according to the different need of every zone, to make the planning more targeted and Implemental.
