摘　　要：实现民族地区良性、稳定的发展,是关系到边疆稳定、民族团结、推动民族区域社会主义现代化建设的重要环节。该文以莎车县为例,从与民生关系密切的公共客运交通出发,结合民族地区的特征,提出公共客运发展的关键问题和应对策略。The realization of healthy and stable development at national region is an important linkage related to border stability, nation unity and socialism modernization construction there. Taking Shache County for example, starting from public passenger transportation closed to the people's livelihood, the paper puts forward solutions and countermeasures for developing public passenger transportation combined with the characteristics of national area.
