2011-2013年武汉市部分医院氟喹诺酮类药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法对2011-2013年武汉市34家医院氟喹诺酮类药使用数量和消耗金额进行统计分析。结果 3年中,氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物年销售金额在11 000万元-12 000万元,除注射剂和口服剂外,眼用制剂逐步占有一定的市场,年度用药金额在6%左右。除左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星销售金额靠前且呈上升趋势外,加替沙星、帕珠沙星和司帕沙星等呈骤降趋势,吉米沙星、芦氟沙星等部分产品已逐渐退出该地区。结论该地区氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的监管进一步取得成效,用药数据与过去3年相比,用量及品种渐趋合理。Objective To evaluate the application status of fluoroquinolone,and then to provide the basis for the rational drug use.Methods Statistical analysis on the amount of fluorine quinolone drug use and sales in Wuhan city from 2011 to 2013.Results The annual sales of fluoroquinolone antibiotics up to 110-120 million yuan in three years.In addition to the injections and oral agents,ophthalmic preparations gradually occupied a high market share,and the annual amount accounted for 6%.Levofloxacin and moxifloxacin showed an increasing trend in terms of amount,but gatifloxacin and pazufloxacin showed a dropping trend.Some products have been gradually withdrawing from the region,such as gemifloxacin and rufloxacin.Conclusion Compared with the past three years,the data of amount and types of fluoroquinolone drugs were more reasonable,and the regulation has been proved to be effective.
