血清X染色体耦联锌指蛋白和癌胚抗原对非小细胞肺癌诊断及治疗效果的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清X染色体耦联锌指蛋白(ZFX)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及疗效的意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定40例非小细胞肺癌患者治疗前后的血清ZFX、CEA水平变化。结果 40例非小细胞肺癌治疗前ZFX(1.05±0.37)μg/L、CEA(12.12±0.23)μg/L,治疗后ZFX(0.43±0.06)μg/L、CEA(5.12±0.23)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常人体中存在ZFX和CEA,NSCLC患者血清中ZFX和CEA明显升高,并随治疗有所下降。ZFX有望成为评价NSCLC的肿瘤标志物,ZFX和CEA对肺癌的诊断及疗效评价具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） and X chromosome decoupling al zinc finger protein （ZFX） for diagnosis and therapeutic effect of non - small cell lung cancer. Methods Use the double antibody enzyme - linked immunosorbent clamp method to detect the level of serum CEA and ZFX before and after the treatment during the past 1 years in 40 patients with newly diagnosed non - small cell lung cancer. Results Serum ZFX（1.05 ± 0.37） μg/L, the CEA （ 12.12 ± 0.23） μg/L before treatment, ZFX （0.43 ± 0.06） μg/L, CEA （5.12 ± 0.23） μg/L after treatment in 50 patients of non- small cell lung cancer, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The normal human exist ZFX and CEA. Serum ZFX, CEA of NSCLC patients is significantly higher and decreased with treatment. Serum ZFX of non - small cell lung cancer is expected to become the evaluation of tumor mark- ers. The level of serum CEA and ZFX has guiding significance for diagnosis and therapeutic effect of non- small cell lung cancer.
