摘  要:针对某学校柔性制造技术教学环境的构建需求,提出了基于教学实训的柔性制造系统。面向车削中心、立式加工中心、工作站、有轨运输车、无轨运输车、缓冲站以及装卸站等主要部分开展了系统平面布局设计;研究了构成教学实训柔性制造系统的加工、物流和控制3个子系统及具体构成;分析了生产计划与调度技术;开发了包括甘特图、作业计划、计划接收以及完工上报等模块的软件系统;并从经济性与功能性2个方面讨论了系统的优点。In view of the requirements for teaching environment,the flexible manufacturing system based on teaching and training was proposed in the paper.Aimed at the turning center,vertical machining centre,workstation,rail guided vehicle,automated guided vehicle,buffered station,flexible transport truck,loading and unloading station and so on,the system layout was designed.This system contains three parts including processing subsystem,transmitted subsystem and control subsystem.The subsystems and their composition were researched.The production planning and scheduling system were implemented,and the software system was developed which included Gantt chart,job planning,plan reception,completion report etc.Finally,the paper dealt with the advantage from two aspects of economy and functionality.
