摘 要:设计了一套以提高汽车NVH性能为目的的结构优化流程,期望通过较小的零部件改动,达到较大的汽车NVH性能的改进。以某商用车为例,首先通过试验和计算模态分析、模态灵敏度分析及板块声学贡献量分析等找到影响车身NVH性能较大的薄弱部件。其次针对不同的部件,提出相适应的结构优化方法。选取车顶棚部件为优化对象,提出易于实现的形貌优化方案,实现了白车身模态及NVH性能的提高。In order to improve the performance of noise, vibration and harshness(NVH) of vehicles, a structure optimization process was proposed. In the hope of achieving a large improvement of NVH performance with a minor modification of the vehicle's components, a commercial vehicle was studied as an example. First of all, through modal analysis, sensitivity analysis, panel acoustic contribution and structural-acoustic analysis, etc. the components which significantly affect the vehicle's NVH performance were found. Then, the structure optimization method for each component was proposed. Based on the structural analysis of the roof, a topological optimization strategy was presented, and the natural frequencies and the NVH performance of the body-in-white(BIW) were improved.
