摘　　要：功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是临床最常见的功能性胃肠病。中医学认为该病病位在胃,与肺、肝、脾密切相关,气机失调为根本病机。笔者在临证时以升脾气,降胃气,疏肝气,宣肃肺气,调节脏腑的气机治疗功能性消化不良,取得良好临床效果。Functional dyspepsia（FD） is the most common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease.TCM holds that the disease is located in the stomach,closely related with lung,liver and spleen and disorder of qi movement as the basic pathogenesis.The author used method of ascending spleen Qi,descending stomach Qi,soothing liver Qi,dispersing and descending lung Qi and adjusting Zang-Fu organs Qi movement to treat functional dyspepsia and has achieved good clinical effect.
