摘  要:目的:体外研究血塞通注射液对人血清补体系统的影响,探讨血塞通注射液引起类过敏反应的发生机制。方法:采用体外补体激活评价模型,研究血塞通注射液对人血清补体系统的影响,将血塞通注射液与人体血清共同孵育30 min,采用ELISA法检测血塞通注射液对人血清补体末端复合物SC5b-9含量的影响。结果:血塞通注射液能使人血清中SC5b-9的含量降低,与PBS组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血塞通注射液不能引起人血清补体系统的激活,其引起的类过敏反应与补体激活途径无关。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on complement system in human serum in vitro and to study the mechanism of the pseudoallergy reaction caused by Xuesaitong Injection.Methods:The evaluation model of complement activation in vitro was used to investigate the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on complement system in human serum.The mixture of human serum and Xuesaitong Injection were incubated for 30 min in vitro and then the content of SC5b-9 in the mixture was determined by ELISA.Results:Xuesaitong Injection can reduce the content of SC5b-9 in human serum and the difference between Xuesaitong Injection and PBS was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Xuesaitong Injection didn' t induce the activation of the complement system.Therefore,the pseudoallergy caused by Xuesaitong Injection had no relation with the activation of the complement system.
