摘　　要：学校网络建设的日益完善和移动通讯技术的飞速发展,推动了移动学习的深入研究与实践应用。学校师生逐渐习惯于使用各种便携式终端进行学习,为适应这种新型的学习方式,更好的挖掘现有教学媒体资源的价值,让传统的流媒体点播系统更有效地为移动学习服务,设计开发了基于跨平台技术的流媒体点播系统,支持台式电脑端和各种移动终端平台访问,实现一个系统多个平台可用的功能。Along with the rapid development of increasingly sophisticated network of schools and construction of mobile communication technology, the in-depth study and practical application of mobile learning has been promoted. School teachers and students become more accustomed to using a variety of portable terminals to learn. In order to adapt to this new way of learning, better dig value of existing resources, instructional videos, and make trational streaming media on-demand system more efficient for mobile learning service, the cross-platform technology based on streaming media on-demand system is designed, supporting an accessible interface for a variety of desktop clients and mobile terminals and achieving a system for multiple platforms.
