社区集中康复治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区集中康复治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响,寻找社区康复治疗的有效模式。方法将2013年10月~2014年8月进行康复治疗的脑卒中后偏瘫患者82例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组：观察组与对照组（每组41例）,对照组常规康复治疗、观察组采用集中分级康复治疗。统计观察治疗前后两组患者心理状态、日常生活能力与肢体功能。结果治疗前两组患者三项指标无差异（P〉0.05）;治疗前后各组三项指标均有差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组三项指标比较均有差异（P〈0.05）。结论社区集中分级康复治疗效果优于传统常规康复治疗,将社区集中分级康复治疗作为社区治疗的模式能够取得良好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the community focused functional recovery in patients with hemiplegia after stroke rehabilitation treatment,the influence of the search for an effective mode of community rehabilitation therapy.Methods Will be October 2013 ~ August 2014 in this community rehabilitation treatment of 82 patients with hemiplegia after stroke as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group（41 cases in each group）,control group routine rehabilitation therapy,observation group with centralized hierarchical rehabilitation.Statistics were observed before and after treatment of two groups of patients＇ psychological status,daily life ability and limb function.Results Two groups of patients before treatment three indicators have no difference（P〉0.05）; Each three indicators before and after the treatment are difference（P〈0.05）; Three indicators to compare the two groups after the treatment are differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Community centralized hierarchical rehabilitation treatment effect is superior to the traditional routine rehabilitation,to community centralized hierarchical rehabilitation treatment as a community model can obtain good therapeutic effect.
