摘 要:以铁路货车为应用对象,论述了基于SIMPACK软件的动力学仿真平台的设计与实现。在研究了铁路货车动力学分析特点的基础上,提出了车辆动力学仿真平台的总体构架。有重点地介绍了平台的建模、仿真、后处理、置信度分析与参数化分析5个模块的实现方法。最后使用平台对某型货车进行了动力学分析,并展示了部分计算结果。该平台提高了动力学仿真的效率和准确度,降低了SIMPACK软件的使用门槛,为铁路货车的新产品开发、产品改进提供了有力的支持,具有很好的应用价值。This paper discusses the design and realization of dynamic simulation platform of rolling stock on the basis of SIMPACK soft- ware. An overall architecture is proposed for rolling stock dynamic simulation platform based on the analysis of dynamic simulation characteristics. It focuses on the introduction of implementation methods of 5 modules which belongs to the platform, including vehicle modeling, simulation, post process, confidence analysis and parametric analysis. Finally, the platform is used to carry out dynamic simulation to specific type of rolling stock, and some calculation results are revealed. The platform, which improves efficiency and accu- racy of dynamic simulation, makes the usage of SIMPACK software easier, and provides strong support for research and development of rolling stock products, will have more valuable application.
