摘　　要：在新形势下,由于多方面因素的影响,大学生法制教育暴露出许多问题,教师应当在对大学生法制教育现状进行调研的基础上,阐释出现这些问题的成因,并依据高校现有资源及大学生法制教育的实际状况提出完善大学生法制教育的建议,以期激发大学生学法、尚法的热情,充实其法律知识,使之树立法治信仰。Influenced by various factors, the undergraduate legal education has exposed many problems under the new situation. Based on the investigation of current situation of undergraduate legal education, teacher should expound the causes of these problems, and put forward improvement suggestions according to the existing college resources and real state of undergraduate legal education. It will inspire the passion of undergraduates in learning and advocating law, to enrich undergraduates＇ legal knowledge, and finally to establish their belief in rule of law.
