摘　　要：本文从医师多点执业的定义、背景和该政策实施现状等出发,分析医师在现有法律体制下进行多点执业存在的身份合法性、可能承担"非法行医"责任、多点执业医师与各执业地点医疗机构之间的法律关系问题、竞业问题、法律监管问题等现实存在和可能出现的问题,针对这些问题,提出对《执业医师法》等法规进行修订、完善相关的规章制度等建议。Starting from the definition, background and status of the implementation of doctor multi -sited license, the article analyzed the existing and possible problems of the system , including the legal system multipoint identity legitimacy, potential practice existing bear “illegal” responsibility, legal relation, between the practitioners and the place of practice of medical institutions , the legal regulation of competition problems, etc.Aiming at these problems, the author put forward some suggestions such as revising the “medical practitioners law” and other regulations, improving the relevant regulations and so on .
