摘　　要：在当前新医改的形势下,军队医院的发展受到巨大的冲击。本院以规范医保管理为抓手,转变思想观念,积极推动医疗质量管理,以精细化、规范化管理为手段,实现医院可持续发展、内涵式发展,适应医疗市场竞争与挑战。The development of military hospitals is impacted a great shock by the current healthcare insurance reform.Our hospital governors should carry out main measures , which included regulating the management of the medical insurance, changing concept ideas and promoting the management of medical quality .All these measures have good impacts on the sustainable and connotation development of the hospital , and fit with the competency of medical market.
