摘　　要：预选卫生士官培训属于任职教育范畴,必须以任职能力为导向,立足其岗位职能。《医疗护理技术》是预选卫生士官培训中的一门重要的基础课程,我教研室自2012年承担该课程的教学任务。在教学中,在现有统编教材的基础上,进行以任职能力为导向的预选卫生士官《医疗护理技术》教材的开发。在教材编写中注重教材的系统性,注意突出技能培养、优化内容体系、强化助学功能,最终形成一套实用性强、助学效果好的教材。该套教材包括三部分:《医疗护理技术实用讲义》《医疗护理技术学生学习手册》和"微课堂"辅助教材。The training of health non -commission officer is part of professional education , which should be oriented by professional capabilities , focus on the basic function of the profession .Medical and nursing technology is one of the important basic courses for the health non -commission officer training.Since 2012, our department undertook the teaching task of this course .In the teaching, we developed the training materials which is guided by professional capacity for medical and nursing technology on the basis of the existing teaching material . when we developed this training materials , we paid attention to the systematic of teaching materials and skills training.And also we arranged teaching and studying content scientifically , optimized curriculum system and strengthen the function of aiding study.So this training materials are practicable and helpful for health non -commission officer training.And this training materials consist of three parts： Practical Lecture,Study Manual and CAI.
