医学硕士专业学位研究生培养中设立“临床桥梁课程”的探索与实践

摘　　要：为推进医学硕士专业学位培养与住院医师规范化培训的有效衔接,针对专业学位研究生从本科培养到研究生培养过渡阶段对临床技能和岗位技能课程建设的需求,提出建立"临床桥梁课程"的概念,通过调查研究建立了"临床桥梁课程"的成熟思路,继而组织专家进行教学大纲的编写和论证,并对进行课程教学效果的问卷调查。研究结果表明,"临床桥梁课程"的建设有利于其适应后续的临床实践的强化培养,实现了专业学位研究生培养学位课程与住院医师规范化培训理论课程的良好衔接。To improve the integrating of the Master of Medicine and the standardized training of residents, according to the requirements of the clinical competence and the professionalism during the transition from the undergraduate to the graduate student, this paper describes the concept of a bridge Course of the Master of Medicine. The syllabus has been buih as a result of the compiling and discussion by experts after the research and investigation. The result shows that the Bridge Course can indeed bridge the gap between graduate study and resident training.
