mTOR/P70S6K信号通路在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨m TOR/P70S6K信号通路在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平及其相关临床诊断、治疗意义。方法收集2012年1月—2014年1月手术切除或进行活检的正常宫颈组织65例,宫颈癌组织、癌旁组织各85例,提取组织中的mRNA,应用RT-PCR的方法来检测3种组织中m TOR和P70S6K mRNA的表达水平,并进行分析。结果宫颈癌组织中m TOR、P70S6K mRNA的表达明显高于癌旁组织及正常组织(P<0.05),m TOR、P70S6K mRNA水平在宫颈癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 m TOR信号通路在宫颈癌组织中处于活化状态,其在宫颈癌的发生发展以及向其他部位转移中具有重要作用,是一个诊断和治疗的分子靶点。Objective To analyze the expression of m TOR/P70S6 K signaling pathway in human tissues of cervical cancer and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 65 normal cases of cervical tissues（ group A）,85 cases of cervical cancer tissues（ group B） and 85 cases of para-carcinoma tissues（ group C） from patients undergoing exairesis or biopsy during January 2012 and January 2014 were collected,and then mRNA was obtained from all the groups. The mRNA expressions of m TOR and P70S6 K in the three groups were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（ RT-PCR） method,and then the expressions were analyzed. Results The mRNA expressions of m TOR and P70S6 K in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B（ P〈0. 05）,and the mRNA expressions of m TOR and P70S6 K had significantly positive correlations in the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The m TOR signaling pathway is in an activated state in human tissues of cervical cancer,and plays an important role in the pathogenesis,development and metastasis,therefore it may be used as a therapeutic target.
