华蟾素注射液及片剂序贯治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：【目的】观察华蟾素注射液及片剂序贯治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。【方法】将2009年1月至2013年1月在本院住院治疗的原发性肝癌110例，按数字法随机分为56例治疗组和54例对照组，治疗组予以华蟾素序贯治疗联合常规治疗方案；对照组予以常规治疗方案，比较两组疗效。【结果】两组近期疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为75．0％，明显高于对照组38．8％；治疗组生活质量改善率为73．2％，高于对照组改善率50％；两组相比较差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。治疗组6个月、1年、2年生存率分别为75．0％、64．3％、42．9％，对照组分别为75．9％、38．9％、20．4％；两组6个月生存率相比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05），但1年、2年生存率治疗组明显高于对照组，两组相比较差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】华蟾素注射液及片剂序贯治疗原发性肝癌在抑制肿瘤生长和改善患者生存质量方面具有一定的疗效，且无明显毒副作用，值得推广应用。[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacies of cinobufagin injection and tablet sequential for primary liver cancer .[Methods] A total of 110 patients of primary liver cancer from January 2009 to January 2013 were divided into two groups of treatment （ n=56） and control （ n=54） .The treatment group received a combination of cinobufagin sequential and conventional therapy while the conventional treatment group had conventional therapy alone .And the clinical efficacies of two groups were compared .[Results] The overall ef‐ficacy rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （75 .0% vs 38 .8% ） .And the improve‐ment rate of life quality was higher in treatment group than that in control group （73 .2% vs 50% ） .The inter‐group differences were obvious （ P〈0 .05） .The 6‐month ,1‐year ,2‐year survival rates were 75 .0% ,64 .3%and 42 .9% in treatment group versus 75 .9% ,38 .9% and 20 .4% in control group .No significant inter‐group difference existed in 6‐month survival rate （ P〉 0 .05） .But 1 ,2‐year survival rates of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0 .05） .[Conclusion] For primary liver cancer ,cinobufa‐gin injection and tablet sequential therapy is efficacious in inhibiting tumor grow th and improving the quality of life of patients .Without no obvious side effects ,it is worthy of wider popularization .
