摘　　要：利用有限普通元素集合概念与P-集合的结构,给出P-集合基数亏-余特征,提出基数亏-余定理,基数离散区间定理与属性基数余-亏准则,给出这些理论结果的应用.Using the concepts of finite general element set and the structures of packet set ,the defi‐cient‐surplus features of cardinal number about packet set are given .Then the deficient‐surplus theo‐rem ,the discrete interval theorem of cardinal number and the surplus‐deficient rule of cardinal number about attribute are proposed .Finally an application of these theoretical results is given .
