西药联合宁心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察西药联合宁心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均给予欣康、拜阿司匹林、麝香保心丸、倍他乐克缓释片、辛伐他汀及帕罗西汀。治疗组加用宁心汤。结果:总有效率治疗组76.67%、对照组73.33%,HAMD评分两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心电图疗效治疗组总有效率86.67%、显效率63.33%,对照组分别为66.67%、43.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.09,P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应明显较少。结论:西药联合宁心汤较单用西药治疗疗效更好,也可以减少抗抑郁、焦虑西药的用量及不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Ning Xin Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina accompanied by anxiety and depression. Method 60 patients with coronary heart disease angina accompanied by anxiety and depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were given Zhixinkang Capsules, Bay-aspirin, Shexiang Baoxin Pills, Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets, Simvastatin and Paroxetine. The treatment group were given Ning Xin Decoction additionally. Result At the end of the six weeks, The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67% while that of the control group was 73.33. There were no significant differences between two groups in HAMD scores （ P^O.05 ） . Effect analysis of electrocardiogram showed that the total effective rate and significantly effective rate of the treatment group were 86.67% and 63.33% while that of the control group were 66.67% and 43.33%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate and the significantly effective rate of electrocardiogram effect between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .There was significant difference between two groups in TESS （ t=6.09, P〈0.05 ） .Adverse reaction in patients of the treatment group decreased significantly. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of western medicine combined with Ning Xin Decoction is superior to that of western medicine simply, which could decrease the dosage and adverse reaction of western medicine for antianxiety and depression.
