摘 要:目的探讨左胸后外侧小切口在食管癌手术中的应用。方法选取350例食管癌患者,其中常规开胸150例为对照组,改良左胸后外侧小切口200例为研究组。对比两组患者在手术时间、出血量、术后吻合口瘘、手术切除淋巴结个数、切口长度、术后呼吸功能障碍、术后胸液量、出院时间和5年生存率。结果研究组手术的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良左胸后外小切口手术能显著降低手术风险和手术并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the left breast posterolateral smal incision in the application of the esophageal cancer surgery. Methods Select 350 cases of esophageal cancer patients,including conventional thoracotomy 150 cases as control group,the improvement of the left breast posterolateral smal incision of 200 cases for the team. Compared to two groups of patients in the operation time,blood loss,postoperative anastomotic fistula,surgical removal of the lymph node number,length of incision,postoperative respiratory dysfunction,postoperative thoracic fluid volume,discharge time and 5-year survival rate. Results Superior to that of the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P&lt;0.05). Conclusion The improved after the left chest smal incision surgery can significantly reduce the risk of surgery and surgical complications,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
