摘  要:描述了一种S波段简易压控振荡器(VCO)的设计。该设计基于负阻原理,利用微波有源器件的小信号S参数,采用低噪声晶体管和变容二极管作为核心器件降低振荡器的相位噪声。适当的匹配补偿电路有效地改善了VCO的调频(FM)线性度,同时,有效地抑制了谐波分量。实际电路测试结果表明:该VCO的中心频率为3.09 GHz,输出功率为10.9 d Bm,调谐范围大于200 MHz,FM线性度优于3%,功率平坦度良好,相位噪声达到了-104.5 d Bc/Hz@100 k Hz,128.9 d Bc/Hz@1 MHz,且电路结构简单,工程应用性强。The design of a S band simple voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is presented. This VCO was implemented based on the theory of negative resistance method and S parameters of small signal. Low noise transistor and varactor was utilized as core components to lower phase noise. Matching compensation circuit was used to improve the frequency modulation (FM) linearity and suppress the harmonic component. The measured result shows that, the central frequency of the VCO is 3.09 GHz and its output power is 10.9 dBm, the tuning range is more than 200 MHz, the FM linearity is better than 3 %, the flatness of output power is well, the phase noise of -104.5 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz and -128.9 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset are achieved. This circuit structure is simple and also convenient in engineering applications.
