摘  要:目的建立快速、灵敏的气相-质谱联用法,测定利夫康洗液中蛇床子素的含量。方法色谱条件:DB-5MS(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)石英毛细管色谱柱;程序升温条件为140℃保持2 min,以10℃/min升至280℃,保持6 min;进样口和接口温度为280℃。样品水浴蒸干,乙酸乙酯溶解,应用气相-质谱联用法进行测定。结果蛇床子素在1.0~50μg/m L线性关系良好,r=0.999 1,精密度为2.01%,平均回收率为97.26%,检测限为1.0 ng/m L。结论本方法简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可以用于利夫康洗液中蛇床子素的含量测定。Objective To develop a rapid and sensitive GC-MS method for the determination of osthole in lifukang lotion. Methods GC-M S conditions: DB-5M S capillary column( 30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 25 μm); column temperature program : 140 ℃ held 2 min,and then programmed to 280 ℃ at 10 ℃ / min for 6 min; interface and inlet temperature: 280 ℃. The sample was evaporated and dissolved by acetic ether. Quantitative determination of analysis was performed by GC-M S. Results The linear range of osthole was 1. 0 ~ 50 μg / m L( r = 0. 999 1). The recovery rate was 97. 26%,RSD was 2. 01%,and the limit of quantitation was 1. 0 ng / m L. Conclusion The method is convenient and rapid,with good sensibility and accuracy,it can be used to determine the content of osthole in lifukang lotion.
