摘 要:列车在高速运行的条件下,受到的气动交变载荷及转向架传递的振动载荷对列车影响较大,致使其焊接结构部件发生了疲劳破坏。为提高结构件的抗疲劳性能,对动车组焊接结构件进行疲劳强度分析十分必要。本文以高速列车焊接结构件为研究对象,通过理论研究、运营数据分析、仿真计算和线路试验,制定了抗疲劳性能的设计方案,从而提高了结构件的疲劳寿命,从而节约车辆的制造成本。When a train runs at the high-sped condition, the aerodynamic alternating load and transferred vibration load from the bogie have a great effect on the train, which will lead to the fatigue damage in the welded structural components. In order to improve the anti- fatigue performance of the structure, it is very necessary to analyze the fatigue strength of the EMU welded structure. In this paper, it takes the high-speed train welded structure as the object of study, and then makes the design plan of the anti-fatigue performance through the theoretical research, operational data analysis, simulation and running experiment. Thereby, it is not only increase the fa- tigue life of the structure, but also save the rrmnufacturing cost of trains.
