摘  要:商务英语人才在促进国家经贸合作和商务交流的活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,我国商务英语教育起步晚,人才培养规格参差不齐,在一定程度上满足不了社会对人才的需求。商务英语教师素质是影响其教学质量的关键因素。如何高效地提升商务英语教师专业素养和能力,推进其专业化发展水平就成了商务英语学科建设中的当务之急。本文提出了商务英语教师专业化发展路径,对其学科建设和人才培养质量的提高有着重要的现实意义。Business English talents play an increasingly vital role in promoting the cooperation of trade and economy as well as the commercial exchanges among nations throughout the world.Nevertheless, the education of business English, which starts late and cultivates talents unevenly,cannot meet the demands for talents, to some extent. One of the crucial factors which influence the education quality lies in business English teachers' competence. The priority in the discipline construction of business English is to enhance the teachers' capacity, which will make the level of professionalization development advance. The approaches available are explored and discussed to foster more excellent personnel acquainting with business English and its discipline construction as
