摘　　要：CRH3动车组在京津线、武广线、沪宁线运行过程中曾出现过在非工作状态下喷洒雨刷液的问题，该种情况很可能对列车的行车安全造成影响。本文深入分析了产生该种问题的原因，提出了有效的解决方案，并完成了跟踪验证。动车组在非工作状态喷洒雨刷液问题的解决对于提高动车组雨刷系统工作的可靠性具有重要意义。同时，为其他动车组设计积累了宝贵的经验。CRH3 EMU in beijing-tianjin line, Wu Guangxian, shanghai-nanjing line had appeared in the non-work state during the operation of spraying wiper fluid, this kind of situation is likely to affect the safety of the train. This paper analyzes the causes of this kind of problem, put forward the efective solutions, and tracking verification are completed. Bulet in the non-work state spraying wiper fluid on the solution of the problem to improve the reliability of the emu wiper system work is of great significance. At the same time, the accumulated valuable experience for other EMU design.
