论密尔的美德观对当代大学生道德教育的启示

摘　　要：学习和正确理解密尔《功利主义》一书中的美德学说,对于当前高校大学生道德教育具有较强的理论指导意义。文章系统梳理了密尔的美德学说,包括他对快乐的分类、美德是手段和目的的合体、美德的培育等内容,并提出了基于密尔美德学说的大学生道德教育的启示建议。It＇s of great theoretical significance to study and correctly understand Mill＇s virtue theory in his book of ＂Utilitarianism＂ for the guidance of university students＇ moral education. The paper studies on Mill＇s virtue theory, including his classification of happiness, virtue being the entity of both ends and means,virtue cultivation etc., based on which the paper gives out suggestions on how to carry out the moral education of university students.
