摘　　要：近些年来,各地方高等院校积极向应用型院校转型。在转型的过程中,人才培养质量评价体系中存在着诸如以分数为中心,评价方式单一,评价主体单一等诸多问题。应用型院校人才质量评价应包括基础知识、实践能力两大要素,要建立学校自我评价与用人单位评价相结合的复合型的人才质量评价体系。In recent years, local colleges and universities have been actively transforming to applied colleges and universities; in the transformation, there are various problems in the evaluation system for talent training quality, such as score-centered evaluation, simple evaluation method and single evaluation subject. The evaluation on talent quality in applied colleges and universities should include such two major elements as basic knowledge and practical ability, and construct a compound evaluation system for talent training combining self-evaluation and the evaluation by employers.
