摘　　要：西点军校的"责任、荣誉、国家"与法国圣西尔军校的"为打胜仗而受训"的校训明确定位了学员人才培养的终极目标,对于引导学员价值观的培育具有深远的影响。＂Responsibility, honor and country＂ of The United States Military Academy at West Point and ＂being trained for victories＂ of Special Military School of St Cyr have clearly located the ultimate goals of talent cultivation, so they are of profound significance for guiding students＇ values cultivation.
