摘　　要：目的研究Cyr61、VEGF的表达在卵巢上皮癌发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法搜集哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院40例卵巢上皮癌组织及10例正常卵巢组织。所有病人术前皆未接受放化疗。采用免疫组化法检测上述组织中Cyr61、VEGF的表达,比较其表达与卵巢上皮癌临床特征的关系。结果 (1)Cyr61在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达率80%(32/40)明显高于正常对照组织中的20%(2/10),P<0.01;(2)Cyr61的表达与卵巢上皮癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);(3)VEGF在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达率72.5%(29/40)明显高于正常对照组织中的30%(3/10),二者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 (1)Cyr61在卵巢上皮癌中呈高表达,且标记癌组织的敏感性高,有望成为一种新的卵巢上皮癌标记物;Cyr61的表达与卵巢上皮癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关,提示它可能参与卵巢上皮癌的演进,或许可作为卵巢上皮癌生物治疗作用的新靶点;(2)Cyr61与VEGF表达相关,表明两者在调控血管生成的过程中存在协同效应,提示Cyr61通过调节VEGF表达的途径影响肿瘤血管生成。Objective：To explore expression of Cyr61 and VEGF in human epithelial ovarian cancer specimens and compare the relationship between Cyr61 and VEGF expression and pathology,clinical stage,differentiation and metastasis of ovarian cancer specimens. Methods：We examined the expression of Cyr61 and VEGF in 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 40 of ovarian cancer by using the immunohistochemistry. The expression was compared with clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer. Results：（1）The expression leve l of Cyr61 was 80%（32 /40）in cancer tissues. It was significantly higher than the rate of 20%（2/10）,（P0.01）in normal tissues;（2）The expression of Cyr61 had closed correlation with the degree of differentiation,clinicopathological staging of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer（P0.05）;（3）The expression level of VEGF was 72.5%（29 /40）in cancer tissues. It was significantly higher than the rate of 30%（3/10）,（P0.01）in normal tissue. Conclusions：（1）The positive rate of Cyr61 in cancer tissue is over expressed than that in the normal tissue and it marks tumor with high sensitivity,which suggests that it maybe a novel epithelial ovarian cancer marker. The expression of Cyr61 had closed correlation with the degree of differentiation,clinicopathological staging of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis,which indicates that it may be related with development of epithelial ovarian cancer. It can be a novel target for epithelial ovarian cancer bioloical treatment.（2）The expression of Cyr61 is closed with the expression of VEGF. It can be deducted that Cyr61 affected tumor angiogenesis though regulating the expression of VEGF.
