彩色多普勒超声产前诊断双胎反向动脉灌注序列征的价值

摘　　要：目的分析双胎反向动脉灌注序列征的声像图特点,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析3例经随访证实的TRAP的产前超声诊断图像,总结TRAP声像图特点。结果 TRAP的声像图有其特征性表现,3例经引产后证实为TRAP的病例与产前系统超声检查结果一致。结论彩色多普勒超声是观察和诊断双胎反向动脉灌注序列征最有价值的影像学方法,有重要临床指导意义。Objective：To analysis the ultrasonographic characteristic of twins reversed-artery perfusion sequence and to deepen the recongnization of the disease. Methods：Retrospective analysis was conducted in 3 cases of prenatal diagnosed TRAP and the following-ups. Sonographic characteristics were summarized. Results：Color Doppler ultrasound image of TRAP had its particular performance. The autopsy result,postpartum follow-up,prognosis and system ultrasound examination results had high consistency. Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound is the most valuable imaging methods for TPAP,and has important clinical significance.
