摘　　要：目的总结近年来火针疗法的机制及其治疗丹毒的研究进展。方法对中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库进行检索(1994-),以"火针""机制"及"丹毒"为关键词,对搜索到的火针疗法的机制研究报道及火针治疗丹毒的研究报道进行汇总分析。结果对火针疗法机制的认识逐渐完善,火针治疗下肢丹毒取得良好的临床疗效。结论火针治疗丹毒疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective Summarize the mechanism of fire needle therapy and its research progress in the treatment of erysipelas in recent years. Methods Conducted through CNKI,Wan Fang Data and VIP Data from 1994 using keywords ＂fire needle＂＂mechanism＂and ＂erysipelas＂then summed up clinical trials of the mechanism of fire needle therapy and its research progress in the treatment of erysipelas. Results The understanding of the mechanism of fire needle therapy gradually formed; fire needle therapy have good curative effect in the treatment of erysipelas. Conclusion The fire needle therapy＇s curative effect in the treatment of erysipelas is outstanding and worthy to be popularized.
