摘 要:针对高校科研型教师,编制具有良好信效度的心理资本量表,运用心理资本量表和主观幸福感量表对黑龙江省哈尔滨市八所高校的289名科研型教师进行调查,发现:高校科研型教师心理资本和主观幸福感总体上处于中等水平.不同性别、教龄的教师心理资本不存在显著差异;不同职称的教师心理资本存在显著差异.不同职称的教师主观幸福感不存在显著差异,不同性别、教龄的教师主观幸福感存在显著差异.高校科研型教师的心理资本、科研绩效均与主观幸福感呈显著正相关,心理资本与科研绩效呈极其显著正相关,心理资本对科研绩效、主观幸福感有直接影响,主观幸福感直接影响科研绩效,心理资本通过主观幸福感影响科研绩效.最后从教师和高校两个层面探索提升高校科研型教师心理资本的途径和方法.Developed the university scientific-research-oriented teachers' psychological capital scale which has satisfactory reliability and validity, through the investigation of 289 scientific- research-oriented teachers' psychological capital and subjective well-being from 8 universities in Harbin, conclusion follows: the university scientific-research-oriented teachers' psychological capital and subjective well-being were in the medium level as a whole. Among the teachers of different sex and teaching age there existed no significant difference on psychology cap- ital, among the teachers of different professional title there existed significant difference on psychology capital. Among the teachers of different professional title there existed no signifi- cant difference on subjective well-being, among the teachers of different sex and teaching age there existed significant difference on subjective well-being . There exist significant positive correlation between the university scientific-research-oriented teachers' psychological capital and subjective well-being, also between the scientific research performance and subjective well- being, there exist extremely significant positive correlation between the teachers' psychological capital and the scientific research performance. The teachers' psychological capital affect the performance of scientific research and subjective well-being directly, subjective well-being di- rectly affect the scientific research performance, psychological capital affect the performance of scientific research through subjective well-being. Finally, the paper explored the methods and way to promote teachers' psychological capital from the level of teachers and universities.
