健康教育路径对巨大垂体瘤切除患者治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育路径在经鼻蝶神经内镜下巨大垂体瘤切除患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择我院巨大垂体瘤手术患者62例,按住院时间随机均分为2组,其中试验组按照健康教育路径进行护理,对照组给予传统常规护理,出院前比较2组并发症发生率和患者的满意度。结果试验组出院前并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于神经内镜下经鼻蝶巨大垂体瘤切除患者,有效降低了并发症发生率,提高了患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of health education path in the patients with resection of giant pituitary neoplasms via transsphenoidal approach with endoscope.Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups.Control group received conventional method,while experimental group received health education path.Before discharge, between the two groups postoperative complications and satisfaction were compared.Results Before discharge,the complications occurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education path is a practical way for the giant pituitary neoplasms patients with endoscopic surgery.It can effectively reduce the complications incidence and improve the patient satisfaction levels.
