摘　　要：通过分析淮河入海水道复式断面河道范围内的水土资源利用现状,明确了水土资源开发利用的必要性和可行性,并结合实践对水土资源开发利用情况进行了效益分析。Necessity and feasibility of water and soil resources development and utilization are made clear by analyzing soil and water resources utilization status in Huaihe River sea entrance water tunnel compound cross-section river scope.Practice is combined for analyzing benefits aiming at water and soil resources utilization and utilization condition.
