摘 要:目的:观察不同瓷片厚度及试色糊剂对IPS e.max瓷贴面修复体颜色的影响,从而为临床提供理论依据。方法:将不同厚度A1色IPSe.max铸瓷片覆盖ND5色树脂块模拟瓷贴面修复变色基牙。电脑比色仪在标准白背景下分别测定对照组(瓷试样和树脂试样间加用水)、试色糊剂组(瓷试样和树脂试样间使用试色糊剂剂)色度值L~*、a~*、b~*值,计算明度差△L~*值及色差△E值,应用SPSS11.5软件行统计学分析。结果:相同瓷片厚度下,各试色糊剂组与对照组间△E>1.5NBS,肉眼可辨;其中使用+3、-3试色糊剂引起的明度差△L~*较大,色差△E亦较大,而其他几种试色糊剂引起的明度和色差变化较小;随着瓷贴面厚度的增加,同一色糊剂组与对照组明度差△L~*及色差△E均逐渐减小,当瓷贴面厚度为1mm时,试件明度差及色差变化最小。试色糊剂组与对照组色差值差异受到瓷贴面厚度和试色糊剂种类的显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:瓷贴面厚度及试色糊剂种类均影响修复体最终颜色。瓷厚度增加,遮色能力增强,试色糊剂对修复体颜色影响减小;而所有试色糊剂中+3、-3号试色糊剂调节颜色的能力较强。Objective: To investigate the effects of different ceramic thicknesses and try-in pastes on the fmal colors of IPS e.max porcelain laminate veneer (PLV) restorations. Methods: Shade A1 PLV disc specimens with 10mm in diameter and 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0mm in thickness were fabricated and placed on resin specimens of Shade ND5 to mimic the PLV laying on tooth substrates. The experiments were divided into two groups. The specimens in the control group were placed on a correct position with water, and the specimens in the testing group were placed on the correct position with try-in pastes: Shades of +3, +2, +1, 0, -1, -2, -3. CIE L* a^b* values of the specimens in the two groups were measured using a colorimeter, and the lightness differences (AL*) and color differences (AE) were calculated. Statistical analysis were conducted with SPSS11.5. Results: The mean AE values between try-in pastes group and control group was perceivable (AE 〉 1.5NBS). The color of the porcelain laminate veneer specimens tried in with +3, -3 paste showed a higher AL~ and AE. With the increasing of the thickness of the PLV, the AL' and AE between try-in pastes group and control group decreased. The try-in pastes showed little effect on the final color when the thickness of PLV reached to 1.0mm. The color difference (AE) between try-in pastes group and control group was influenced by the thickness of PLV and the shade of try-in pastes (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The thickness of PLV and the shade of try-in paste all influenced the final color of laminate restorations.The try-in paste's color influence decreased when PLV became thicker. This implied that the PLV's opaque capacity was stronger with increase of thickness. And the +3, -3 pastes showed great effects on the final color.
