摘  要:目的探讨不同室温下EDTA修复时间对P504S蛋白在前列腺癌组织中表达的影响情况。方法分析30例前列腺癌患者临床资料,将病理标本分别在3种不同室温下进行抗原修复,分别每例标本切9张片。观察不同室温下进行抗原修复显色反应和背景显色情况。结果室温8~10℃抗原修复30 min,室温18~20℃抗原修复20、25 min显色反应的准确率最高,背景显色效果最好,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论室温8~10℃抗原修复30 min,18~20℃抗原修复20、25 min对P504S蛋白在前列腺癌组织中表达显色效果最好,为病理诊断提供准确依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate influence of EDTA repair time in different indoor temperature on expression of P504S protein in prostatic cancer tissue. Methods Clinical data of 30 patients with prostatic cancer were analyzed. Their pathological samples were placed in 3 different indoor temperatures for antigen retrieval, and each sample was made into 9 slices. Chromogenic reaction and background chromogenic condition of antigen retrieval in different indoor temperature were observed. Results The accuracy of chromogenic reaction and effect of background chromogenic condition were in the best situation at 30 min of antigen retrieval in 8-10℃ , and at 20 and 25 min in 18-20℃ . P〈0.05, The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Antigen retrieval in 8~10℃ for 30 min and 18-20℃ for 20 and 25 min have the best effect for expression of P504S portion in prostatic cancer tissue, and that can provide accurate reference for pathological diagnosis. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
