艾本治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察伊班膦酸钠(艾本)治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法 30例骨转移癌患者,应用艾本静脉滴注,每4周1次,给予3个周期后评价疗效。结果止痛效果:显效8例(26.7%),有效18例(60.0%),总有效率为86.7%;体力状况改善情况:显效8例(26.7%),有效16例(53.3%),总有效率80.0%。不良反应:一过性肌肉骨关节疼痛2例(6.7%)。结论艾本治疗骨转移癌疼痛效果较好,无明显毒副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ibandronate （Aiben） in the treatment of bone metastasis pain. Methods A total of 30 patients with bone metastasis received Aiben through intravenous drip once in 4 weeks. Curative effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. Results There were 8 cases with excellent effect of analgesic effect （26.7%） and 18 effective cases （60.0%）, and the total effective rate was 86.7%. There were 8 cases with excellent effect in physical condition improvement （26.7%） and 16 effective cases （53.3%）, with the total effective rate as 80.0%. As for the adverse reactions, there were 2 cases with transient muscle joint pain （6.7%）. Conclusion Aiben has good effect in the treatment of bone metastasis pain without obvious toxicity and side effects.
