摘 要:MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类小型非编码RNA,由大约22个核苷酸组成,在转录后水平发挥调控基因表达的功能。越来越多的研究发现,MiRNA在肝癌细胞增殖、分化、凋亡中起着重要作用,其特异性的表达,在肝癌的发生发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。目前学界公认的MicroRNA引起肿瘤发生的机制概括起来如下:(1)RNA聚合酶负责的转录失调有可能是g肝癌肿瘤发生原因;(2) MicroRNA调控网络中相关SNPs改变导致成熟的MicroRNA合成障碍与表达失调;(3)MicroRNA合成通路的关键蛋白界常引起MicroRNA表达改变。因此本文拟对MiRNA单核苷酸多态性在肝细胞癌中的作用作一综述。Micrornas (miRNA) is a kind of small non-coding RNA, is composed of about 22 nucleotides, after the transcription level the function of regulating gene expression.
