摘　　要：DPC4／smad4基因在过去的几年里关于其结构功能已有了许多的研究。而对于其与肿瘤的关系也值得进一步探讨，目前多数研究认为，DPC4在癌症的发生发展和转移扩散中起到了重要的作用，主要有DPC4与其他致癌因子、抑癌因子的协同作用导致癌症的发生，DPC4失活及表达异常引起某些信号传导通路异常导致肿瘤细胞失去抑制和导致肿瘤侵袭转移能力增强等。DPC4 / smad4 gene in the past few years has a lot of research about its structure. And for its relationship with tumor also worthy of further discussion, at present most research thinks, DPC4 in cancer development and metastasis of diffusion played an important role, mainly DPC4 and other carcinogenic factor, the synergy of suppressor factors lead to the occurrence of cancer, the deactivation and abnormal expression of DPC4 caused certain signaling pathways, as a result of tumor cell loss of inhibition and abnormal tumor invasion and metastasis ability enhancement, etc.
