溃疡切除修补术＋药物疗法治疗胃溃疡穿孔的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：研究溃疡切除修补术＋药物疗法在胃溃疡穿孔治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2012年1月至2014年12月间于我院诊治的胃溃疡穿孔患者126例，随机分为对照组（63例）和研究组（63例），对照组行传统胃大部切除术，研究组行溃疡切除修补术＋药物治疗，观察两组患者各临床指标，并行统计学分析。结果：研究组患者治疗有效率（95．24％）、复发率（6．35％）与对照组患者相应指标（93．65％）、（6．35％）差异不明显，在统计学上无意义（P〉0．05）；研究组患者手术时间（50．31±8．27）min、住院时间（6．31±2．08）d、并发症发生率（3．18％）均明显低于对照组患者相应指标（145．16±13．08）min、（13．37±3．51）d、（9．52％），组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；结论：溃疡切除修补术＋药物疗法治疗胃溃疡穿孔安全、简单、有效，术后患者并发症少、恢复怏，值得推广。Objective The ulcer excision repair plus drug therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer perforation clinical application value; Methods Choose between January 2012 and December 2014 in our hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment; 126 cases of patients with gastric ulcer perforation, were randomly divided into control group （63 cases） and group （63 cases） and control group most of traditional gastric resection, the team repair ulcer resection plus drug treatment Results Team operation time （50.31±8.27） in patients with min, length of hospital stay （6.31±2.08） d, incidence of complications （3.18%） were significantly lower than the control group patients with corresponding index （145.16±13.08） rain and （13.37±3.51） d, （9.52%）, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.
