摘　　要：文化互动的交流功能、创新功能、融合功能、凝聚功能对高校学生党建工作有促进作用。可通过依托网络载体,创新文化互动平台,加强校园文化建设等途径发挥文化互动在大学生党建工作中的积极作用。The cultural interaction can play an active role in the party construction of college and university students such as innovation,communication,fusion and cohesion. The network carriers can be used for the innovation of interactive platforms,strengthening the cultural construction of campus as well as playing the active role of cultural interaction in the party construction task of college and university students.
