摘　　要：目的:为了改进医药类高职学生思想政治工作的方式方法,尝试一些新的做法。方法:采取预测和预防相结合、教育和控制相结合、党组织与群众做思想政治工作相结合、校内教育和校外教育相结合等多种举措。结果:这些举措对医药类高职学生的学习热情和专业教育产生较大影响,更易于进行学生管理和服务。结论:在新时期新形势下,根据医药类高职学生的特点来创新思想政治教育工作。Objective： In order to improve higher vocational students ＇ ideological and political work,try some new methods. Method：Take the combination of prediction and prevention,education and control,the party organization and the masses,school education and non- school education,etc. Result： These measures of higher vocational students＇ learning enthusiasm and professional education for medical students play a big role and are easier for students＇ management and service. Conclusion： According to the characteristics of pharmaceutical higher vocational students,the innovative methods of ideological and political education work are necessary in the new period.
