摘  要:为了解决实际工程中P,I,D最佳参数值快速确定难题,建立了电液比例压力控制系统的数学模型,以收敛时间最短为控制目标,采用单因数法对控制模型进行仿真实验,确定了参数P的最佳值;在保持P值不变条件下,运用函数拟合方法,以超调量最小为控制目标分别确定了参数I和D与超调量增量以及收敛时间的相关性;以超调量最小和收敛时间最短作为优化目标,利用建立的相关性对PID控制器的三个参数进行了调整.仿真结果表明:在以超调量作为优化目标时,积分系数与超调量增量呈四次相关性函数关系;积分系数与收敛时间增量呈五次相关性函数关系;微分系数与超调量增量呈二次相关性函数的关系;微分系数与收敛时间增量呈四次相关性函数关系.In order to determined the optimum parameters of P,I and D quickly in practical engineering application,the mathematical model of the pressure control system based on the electro-hydraulic proportional system is established.And in the simulation experiments,the optimal parameter of Pis determined using single factor method and taking the shortest converge time as the control target through computer simulation.The correlation of I or D with overshoot increment or the convergence time is determined respectively,taking the minimum overshoot as control target,while Pis maintained and the function fitting method is used.The three parameters of PID controller is adjusted based on the correlation,taking overshoot and shortest convergence time as optimization objective.The results show:The relationship between the integral coefficient and overshoot increment is described as the correlation function of four order;The relationship between the integral coefficient and convergence time increment is the correlation function of five order;The relationship between differential coefficient and the overshoot incremental is the correlation function of two order;Last,the relationship between the differential coefficient and convergence time increment is the correlation function of four order.
