不同根充糊剂在根管治疗中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较不同根充糊剂在根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年1月收治的接受根管充填治疗的患者68例作为研究对象,将患者随机分成两组,对照组给予氢氧化钙根管充填糊剂,实验组采用美松糊剂,对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组的总有效率为94.12%,对照组为91.18%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实验组的3、4级疼痛发生率为8.82%,明显低于对照组的32.35%（P〈0.05）。结论在根管治疗中,氢氧化钙根管充填糊剂、美松糊剂均可获取较为满意的临床效果,但后者在缓解疼痛上更具临床优势,值得临床积极推广。Objective To compare application effect of different root canal filling paste in root canal therapy. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013,68 patients accepted root canal filling therapy in our hospital were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into two groups.In control group,calcium hydroxide root canal filling paste was used,while in experimental group, dexamethasone paste was applied.The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in experimental group and control group was 94.12% and 91.18% respectively,which didn′ t show a statistical difference（P 0.05）.The incidence rate of 3,4 level of pain in experimental group（8.82%） was obviously lower than that of control group（32.35%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the root canal therapy,both calcium hydroxide root canal filling paste and dexamethasone paste can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect in clinic,but the latter gets superiority in alleviating pain,which is worthy of positive promotion in clinic.
