从湿热瘀逆论治慢性浅表性胃炎300例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察从湿热瘀逆论治慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法:将441例患者随机分为2组,治疗组300例采用从湿热瘀逆论治的方法(组成:黄芩10g,黄连10g,公英30g,丹参30g,砂仁10g,檀香10g,旋覆花10g,代赭石30g,云苓30g,泽泻10g)治疗;对照组141例用气滞胃痛冲剂治疗,疗程均为2周。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组各项症状积分位均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);对照组各项症积分值亦有不同程度降低(P<0.05),但治疗组在改善胃脘胀满、呃逆气上冲心胸、口苦、胃脘压痛拒按、舌苔黄腻等积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组时胃镜下万钻膜充血、水肿、出血、康烂的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:从湿热瘀逆论治慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the therapy from Shire Yuni on chronic superficial gastritis. Methods： 441 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment was given the therapy from Shire Yuni;another was given Yizhi Weitong granules. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was better than the control （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Symptoms score in the treatment was obviously lower than before （P〈0.01）; the same situation as the control （P〈0.05）. The scores of epigastric fullness improvement, Eni Shangchong, mouth pain, epigastric tenderness refused to press, Shetai Huangni in the treatment was better （P〈0.05）. Effects of endoscopic mucosal edema, hemorrhage, rotting in the treatment was better （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Treating chronic superficial gastritis from Shire Yuni has great effects.
