运用养阴润肺化痰活血法联合靶向药物治疗肺癌的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌采用靶向治疗配合中医药辨证辨病相结合的思路和方法;方法:采用对肺癌的临床治疗,中医药配合西药靶向药物的手段,并综合分析、探索;结果:中医药养阴润肺化痰活血法可降低或消除靶向药物治疗非细胞肺癌的毒性和耐药性。结论:非小细胞肺癌采用靶向药物同时依据肺癌患者肺肾两虚、痰瘀内结的病理过程,采用养阴润肺化痰活血法,发挥着解毒增敏的作用,且直接治疗肿瘤,改善全身症状,提高生活质量,必能消除其耐药性。可能肺阴虚和"瘀"是EGFR-TKI基因耐药性的成因。Objective：Exploration non-small cell lung cancer using targeted therapy with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine disease combining the ideas and methods：method：the use of the clinical treatment of lung cancer, traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine means of targeted drugs, and comprehensive analysis, to explore： result： TCM Yin runfei phlegm and activating blood method can reduce or eliminate targeting the cell toxicity and drug resistance of lung cancer drug treatment.. conclusion：Non-small cell lung cancer using targeted drugs at the same time, according to the patients with lung cancer of lungs kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis in the pathological process of Yin runfei phlegm and activating blood method, give play to the role of the sensitization of detoxification, and the direct treatment of the tumor, improve systemic symptom, improve their quality of life, will eliminate the resistance. Unlikely lung Yin deficiency and blood stasis is the cause of EGFR-TKI resistance genes.
