中医骨科综合康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨研究中医骨科综合康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床效果及其安全性。方法:随机选取2013年2月—2014年2月来我院治疗的老年骨性关节炎的患者200例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,其中对照组采用尼美舒利口服治疗,观察组采用中医骨科综合康复治疗方法,比较两组患者的总有效率以及JOA、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且JOA评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中有14人出现明显的不良反应,而对照组有35人,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医骨科综合康复治疗患者老年骨性关节炎,临床效果明显,安全性较高,有助于患者尽快恢复。Objective：Studying the elderly orthopaedic comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in TCM clinical effect and safety of osteoarthritis..method：Randomly selected from February 2013 to 2013 in February to our hospital treatment in elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the 200 cases, And randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group, Control group adopts beauty nimesulide oral therapy, observation group with orthopaedic comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine method, comparing two groups of patients with total effective rate and JOA, visual analogue scale （VAS）. Result：The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and JOA score significantly higher than the control group, VAS score significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the observation group has 14 people appear obvious adverse reaction, and the control group 35 people, the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. conclusion：Using TCM orthopedics comprehensive rehabilitation treatment elderly osteoarthritis patients, clinical effect, high safety, can help patients to recover as soon as possible.
